MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
COUNCIL OF THE VILLl\.GE OF ARDEN HILLS
. Tuesday, November 28, 1961
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Ashbach.
Roll Call: Present; Ashbach, Crepeau, Kennedy, Olmen, Stromquist.
Absent; None.
Also attending were Wm. Banister, Roger Short md Karl Burandt , al~
of Banister Engineering Company.
Mayor Ashbach explained that the special meeting was called to discuss
a proposed contract with Banister Engineering Company regarding street
improvement programs.
Mr. Banister, Mr. Short and Mr. Burandt explained the work and cost
involved for engineering services and presented proposed contract. After
discussion between Council and engineer's, motion made by Kennedy,
seconded by Olmen that agreement of November 9, 1961, as attached, be
accepted by the council as the contract for engineering services by the
Banister Engineering Company for Street Improvements Nos. 5', 3 & 4,
subject to approval by the Village Attorney, Mr. Courtney. Carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
