BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota as follows:
That a 1961 tax levy of $21,028.50 for general village
purposes, $500.00 for civil defense and $727.70 for Public
Employees Retirement Association, collectible with general taxes
in 1962 for the General Tax Fund for operation of the government
of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota be certified to the County
AUditor for the levy for said village. -@

BE IT RE:iOlVED by the Counc 11 of tne Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that by Paragraph:2 of the resolution adopted
Jul y 20, 1961, entitled "Rue lutien Authoridng the Issuance
of $42C,OOO Sheet Improvement Bonds, Series B. and E$tablishing
the Form and Terrrs Thereof", the Cou.l\<:ll levied a tax in the

amount (If $25,000 upon all taxable propel'ty within tht Village,
to be sp:read on the tax rolls of 1961, for collection in 1962.. and
appropriated such tax to the Street Improvel!l8't Bond Sinking Fund
of the Village, for the payment of the bonds authorludby add
