RESOLUTION No. 07-02
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES
AND CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED, that U,S, Bank S1. Paul, N,A. shall be the official depository for all
funds of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 2007; and,
BE IT Ii'URTHER RESOL YED, that the City Treasurer shall from time to time, ascertain
that adequate security as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is fumished by such
dcpository to protect the City's deposited funds against Cinancialloss; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on U.S. Bank S1.
Paul, N. A., hcreinafter called the Bank, shall be signcd by three of thc following officers:
Stanley D. Harpstead, Mayor; David Grant, Mayor P."O Tern;
Michelle A. 'Volfe, Administrator/Treasure.'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that the City Administrator is authorized to use a signature
stamp at such time as it becomes nccessary for Mayor Stan Harpstcad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that said bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor
and pay any checks so drmvn as abovc set forth, whether or not such checks be payablc to the order
of the foregoing persons cither in this individual or official capacity or depositcd to this individual
credit, and whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or office of the person signing.
