RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEI'1I0NIC INSTRUCTIONS
WHRREAS, U,S, Bank SL Paul, N, A, is the depository in \vhieh limds of the City of Arden
Hills may he deposited, and a corporate resolution with rl'spect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the
deposit and withdrawal of funds; and
\VHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution
with the 1()llowing resolution:
NOW TIIRREFORE, HF. IT RF.SOL VEn by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that any Ol1e of the following persons: Michelle A. \Volfe, City Adl11inistrator/Trcasurer~
Stanley n. Harpstead, Mayor. is authorized, on behalfofthis corporation, to give instructions by telephone
to the U,S, BANK ST PAUL, N, ;\" to transll:r funds on deposit with the bank:
a, to other accounts of this corporation with the bank or
b, to other accounts of this corporation with other banks,
2, The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by itlf'Olll anyone who
represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembks the
voice of such person,
3, The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to rd'usc to honor telephone instructions and to insist
upon writtl'n instructions signed by any onl' of the persons named in paragraph I of this resolution,
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE CITY OF ARDE
