Accepting the Liability Coverage Limits from the
League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT)
\VHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills DOES NOT WAIVE the monetary limits on
municipal tort liability cstablished by Minncsota Statutes 466.04,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: Thc City of Arden Hills acccpts liability covcrage
limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the Leaguc of Minnesota Cities Insurance
Trust (LMCIT) for calendar ycar 2007.
