RESOLUTION NO. 07-21
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE 2007 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORllERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 27,2006, a
report has been prepared by the City Engincer with refercnce to the improvement oCthe
f()llowing streets: Katie Lane, Katie Court, Brighton Way, Chatham A venue from County
Road E2 to Chatham Court, Lametti Lane, Lametti Circle, Connelly A venue, Pine Trec
Drive, Harriet A venue, Briarknoll Circle, Briarknoll Dri vc, Dawn Circle East Royal
Lane, and Karth Lake Circle, and this report was receivcd by the Council on January 8,
2007,and
WHEREAS, the report provides infomwtion regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost effective, and feasiblc,
NO\\' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TilE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
}, The council will considcr the improvemcnt of such streets in accordalll;e with the
report and the assessmcnt of abutting property t()r all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of$743,709.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day of
January, 2007, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p,m. and the City
Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law,
