A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRlfPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR ASBURY A VENUE AND RIDGE\VOOD ROAD FROi\1 CITY U1\IITS TO
GLENHILL ROAD
\VHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: Asbury Avenue and
Ridgewood Road from City Limits to Glenhill Road, and to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of thc improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429,
NO'V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Crry COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the Asbury A venue-Ridgewood Road
Improvements for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the council
with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effcctive, and feasible and as to \vhether it
should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvcment, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended,
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
