RESOLUTION NO. 07-49
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street
hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota
Law;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
Part of MSAS 105, Red Fox Road and TH 51 Frontage Road- Dunlap Street North to TH 51
Entrance (0.47 existing miles)
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the
approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESO L VED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Transportation for his consideration.
