RESOLUTION NO. 07-50
RESOLUTION EST ABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills that the streets
hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions
of Minnesota Law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
Beckman A venue, New Brighton Road to Lake Johanna Boulevard (0.18 existing miles)
Valentine Avenue, Lake Valentine Road to Old Highway 10 (0.23 existing miles)
be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of said
City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said
road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal
State Aid Street of the City of Arden Hills, to be numbered and known as Municipal State
Aid Street 114 (Beckman Avenue) and Municipal State Aid Street 115 (Valentine Avenue).
