At this time, staff is not aware of any issues regarding the applicant and recommends approval of this resolution. To the best of City staffs knowledge, Lady Slipper Chapter ABW A is in compliance with the City of Arden Hills 60% charitable gambling trade area requirement. Recommendation Staff is recommending City Council approval of Resolution No. 07-56, Approving Lady Slipper Chapter ABW A Charitable Gambling License Renewal Request.
