Public Improvement Hearing for the 2007 Pavement Management
Program
BACKGROUND
On January 29,2007, the City Council opened the public hearing for this project. Nine residents
gave comments to the Council, one of which was a written letter. Seven of the residents reside on
Katie Lane or Katie Court, and the two remaining residents who spoke live on Royal Lane,
Prior to continuing the hearing, staff will present updated information regarding construction and
assessments that apply for this project.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION
Staff recommends that Council continue the public hearing and close the hearing once all
comments have been received,

Mill and overlay of the following streets: Lametti Lane, Lametti Circle, Connelly Avenue,
Brighton Way, Brighton Way North, Brighton Way South, Royal Lane, Dawn Circle East,
Briarknoll Circle, Briarknoll Drive.
Spot curb replacement as necessary.
Utility maintenance and/or improvements, as necessary, including, but not limited to, water
main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer.
