SUBJECT: Proposed 2007 Work Session Schedule
Attached is a proposed Work Session Schedule for 2007. This is an attempt to plan the work
session topics in advance, so that we have some idea of when a particular subject will be
addressed. As you know, the schedule also has to be flexible as various issues arise throughout
the year.
The column on the right addresses issues that we anticipate for that particular work session. The
middle column highlights TCAAP topics that will likely need to be addressed either at the
regular monthly work session or a separate meeting. The third column is for miscellaneous other
information. For example, there some notes about possibly holding some work session meetings
at other locations in the community.
There are some notes at the end, as well, regarding some topics not yet scheduled. Many of the
topics we should be able to discuss at a regular City Council meeting.
Staff is looking for feedback from Council regarding the proposed schedule.
