Appointment of Rich Straumann to the TCAAP Master Planning Advisory Group
Overview
At the January 8, 2007 Council meeting, Council appointed 15 members to serve on the Twin
Cities Army Ammunition Plant Master Development Advisory Group. At the time of
appointment, it was noted by Council that there was not a representative of the City's Parks
Trails and Recreation Committee (PTRC) represented. Council stated that they would like to
make a future appointment to the Group of a representative from the PTRC should anyone be
interested.
Mr. Rich Straumann currently serves on the PTRC and has expressed an interest in serving on
the TCAAP Master Planning Advisory Group.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends Council move to appoint Mr. Straumann to the TCAAP Master Planning
Advisory Group for a one-year term.
