RESOLUTION NO. 07-65
REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MN/DOT THROUGH THE METRO MUNICIPAL
AGREEMENT PROGRAM FOR INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS TO
COUNTY ROAD H AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 35W
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills proposes to make improvements to the County
Road H and Interstate 35W intersection in Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, the improvement will benefit both the City of Arden Hills and the
Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is requesting financial participation in the
project from the Minnesota Department of Transportation through the Metro Municipal
Agreement program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to completing the project if
selected and funding is provided as part of the FY2009 Municipal Agreement Program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City of Arden Hills is requesting funding from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation for the intersection improvements to the County
Road H at Interstate 35W and is committed to completing such project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 27TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2007.
