TCAAP Financials
Materials prepared by our Financial Advisors, Ehlers and Associates, were delivered the Mayor
and City Council earlier this week. As noted in Stacie Kvilvang's memorandum to Council
dated 1 Oil 0/07, the memo and attachments are non public data since we are in active
negotiations with RRLD and the information provided is financial data pertinent to formalization
of a Development Agreement. At the October 15 Work Session there will be an opportunity for
Ehlers and Associates (Ms. Kvilvang and Sid Inman) to further review the information and
answer questions. If you have questions or need clarifications prior to the Work Session, please

TCA.AP Status Update
At the Work Session, staff and Project Manager Kvilvang would like to take an opportunity to
update the Council on a variety of TCA.AP topics. Some items will include:
. Selection of a Communications Consultant (the Communications Committee interviewed
consultants on October 9)
. Offer to Purchase - Transfer Process (October 30-31 meetings postponed to November)
. October 29 Closed Meeting with Mike Comodeca
