Simon, Assistant City Administrator; SUBJECT: 2008 Fee Schedule Ordinance Correction Requested Action Approve the 2008 Fee Schedule with Sections XIIl and XIV and the corrected ordinance number. Back2round On December 10,2007, the City approved Ordinance No. 382, which adopted the 2008 Fee Schedule. The Ordinance number should be 395. Attached is Ordinance No. 395, which corrects the numerical problem and now includes Section XIIl relating to Utility Use Charges and XIV relating to Recycling Fees. The latter two items were previously adopted by Resolutions approved on December 10, 2007. In addition, one of the 2008 fees Listed on Resolution No. 07-74 was incorrectly listed. The fee for "Water Test per account" under both residential and commercial should be deleted. This fee is a pass through fee from the State of Minnesota and not a City fee. This fee has been deleted from the revised 2008 Fee Schedule, which will correct this problem.
