RESOLUTION NO. 2008-007
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE 2008 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 29, 2007, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
following streets:
Asbury Avenue, City limits to Glenhill Road
Ridgewood Road, City limits to Glenhill Road
and this report was received by the Council on January 14, 2008, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of$154,807.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the I lth day of
February, 2008, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and the Deputy
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
