Requested Action
Motion to accept the January 10, 2008, report, "Housing Market Analysis and Demand Estimates
for the TCAAP Site in Arden Hills, Minnesota," from Maxfield Research, Inc,

On October 15, 2007, the City Council voted to accept a proposal from Maxfield Research Inc.
to conduct a housing market study for the TCAAP property. A copy ofthe completed report and
the results of the study were presented at the January 22, 2008, City Council work session. The
report is now being presented for official acceptance by the City Council.
Since the housing study report was included in the January 22, 2008, City Council work session
packet, it was not included with this memo. A copy of the housing study is available at City Hall
or online at www.ci.arden-hills.rnn.us.
