TO: Arden Hills City Council
FROM: Mary Ann Casci, Gambling Manager for Lake Region Hockey Association
SUBJECT: Charitable Gambling Resolution
We have recently signed a lease with the Big Ten Supper Club to operate charitable
gambling pulltabs at their location beginning April I, 2008. We are very excited about
this opportunity as it will help us support over 600 families in the immediate area to
afford the cost of youth hockey. We also donate to other charities and schools in the area
and offer college scholarships to seniors who have participated in youth hockey.
We are asking for approval of your city resolution at your next council meeting. If you
have any questions or concerns please contact me at (651 )238-4781. Thank you for your
consideration in this matter.
