The Council needs to approve the attached 2008 Seasonal and Parks and Recreation Part-Time Pay Scale as presented, effective January 1, 2008. Pay rates for seasonal employees are periodically updated by surveying surrounding communities. The former Assistant City Administrator and Michelle Olson, Parks and Recreation Manager evaluated these rates last spring and adjusted the pay scales at that time. The 2007 Seasonal and Parks and Recreation Part-Time Pay Scale is attached for reference.
