TCAAP Update
Acquisition of TCAAP Property
. The City, RRLD, Army and GSA will have a conference call on March I I. 2008 to discuss
updates and information required for the next face-to-face meeting scheduled for June 4-5, 2008
in Minneapolis at the office of Dorsey and Whitney.
Preliminary Development Agreement
. On March 10,2008 the City Council will consider approval of the second amendment to the PDA
to extend the term for one year. The PDA will expire on March 31, 2008 and the extension will
change this date to March 3 I, 2009.
Hwy 10 and County Road 96
. At the March 10, 2008, City Council meeting, the Council will review a draft position paper that
sets the guidelines and parameters for preliminary design to move forward. After connnents are
received back from Council, it will be brought back to a future Council meeting for consideration
and approval.
County Road H
. The City submitted a request to the three (3) members of the congressional delegation for $4
million in federal funding for reconstruction of the 1-35W and County Road H interchange
(for Fiscal Year 2009).
Communication Strategy
. The draft plan was reviewed by the Communications Committee at their meeting on February 26,
2008. The plan will be updated to reflect their input and will be presented to the City Council for
review and comment sometime in March or April.
