Charitable Gambling License
Requested Action
Adopt Resolution 2008-022, approving the Charitable Gambling License request submitted by
Merrick, Inc. to operate a charitable gambling operation at the Blue Fox Bar & Grill for a period
of two years.
Background
The City has received a charitable gambling license application from Merrick, Inc. and all
required forms, paperwork and the application fee.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-022
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR MERRICK,
INC. TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT THE BLUE FOX BAR & GRILL
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City agrees to approve a Charitable Gambling License for two
years, to Merrick, Inc. at the Blue Fox Bar & Grill, 3833 North Lexington Avenue, Arden
Hills, Minnesota.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
31st DAY OF MARCH, 2008.
