SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MARCH 29, 2008; 8:30 AM
ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, SMALL CONFERENCE ROOM
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the regular
City Council meeting at 8:30 a.m.
Present:
Mayor Stan Harpstead; Councilmembers David Grant, Brenda Holden,
David McClung, Fran Holmes.
Mayor Harpstead moved approval of the agenda (seconded by Councilmember Holden)
containing one item; interview of three prospective candidates for position of City Administrator.
Motion carried 4-0.
City Council interviewed three candidates at 8:30 am, 10:30 am and II :30 am, for one hour
each. Note: The candidate scheduled at 9:30 am called to re-schedule and met instead at 11:30
am.
ADJOURN
MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to
adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously (4-0).
