RESOLUTION NO. 2008-023
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
01<' ARDEN HILLS AND VISIT MINNEAPOLIS NORTH CONVENTION AND
VISITORS BUREAU TO COLLECT THE THREE PERCENT LODGING TAX
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is a party to that certain Convention and
Visitors Bureau Agreement dated December 16, 2004 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to terminate its participation in the
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VIOD, by the Arden Hills City Council:
I. That the City telminates the Agreement.
2. Pursuant to the terms of the Ai,'Tccment, the termination shall become
effective December 31, 2009.
3. That the City Administrator is directed to forward a copy of this
Resolution to the Executive Director of the Visit Minneapolis North
Convention and Visitors Bureau or its successor organization.
