Yes Sheldon J Bruce 952-841-6464 office 425-260-2891 cell Dick Eckert Thank you for sending more information regarding the Steering Committee for County Rd. E Corridor. Why would I like to be part of this committee? Because I have an interest in the town I live in. I moved to Arden Hills about 4 years ago from New Brighton. While living in New Brighton I served as Public Safety Commissioner and was part of the VIPS program which is a volunteer position working with the New Brighton Police Dept. Some responsibilities included fmger printing, Park patrol, traffic control and any other functions we could do to help the NBPD. This should also answer the question about attending meetings. If I take on a responsibility I commit myself to the project and attend meetings or whatever is necessary to the best of my ability. I retired from Deluxe Corp. were I functioned as Production Mgr. for the Marketing Group. I was responsible for over 100 employees and several departments such as; Office operation, production processes including printing, dark room and plate processing and bindery and shipping. Over the years I acted as President of the Elk Grove Jaycess (Chicago area) and later as a State Director. Currently, I am president of the Edgewater Estates Townhome Asso. in Arden Hills. In addition I served on several other groups such as Toastmasters and several Church committees. The skills that I can bring to this committee are: organization skills, managerial skills and listening skills. I hope this will provide you with my background. Should you need additional information please let me know. Sincerely, Dick Eckert
