RESOLUTION NO. 2008-027
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RONALD J. MOORSE AS CITY
ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council received a number of applications for the position
of City Administrator, which were reviewed and evaluated by Mr. Harry Brull of
Personnel Decisions, Inc. at the direction of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a number of semifinalist applicants were presented to the Council
for consideration by Mr. Brull following his review of their respective qualifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council selected and conducted interviews with three
finalist candidates and has unanimously selected Mr. Ronald J. Moorse as the preferred
candidate for the position of City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moorse has agreed to accept appointment to the position of City
Administrator effective on or about May 19, 200S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council
hereby appoints Mr. Ronald J. Moorse as City Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
effective on or about May 19, 200S subject to the execution of an Employment
Agreement with Mr. Moorse
