ORDINANCE Nd. 77
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 76 WITH REFERENCE TO PER-
MITS OR LICENSES FOR NONCON-
FORMING SIGN5 OR BILLBOARDS
The Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fol-
lows :
Sectian 1. The s¢cond paragraph of
Section 10, Ordinance No. 76, relating
to non-conforming signs or billboards, is
hereby amended to read as follows ;
No further perznits or licenses shall
be granted far such non-conforming
signs or billboards after the 31st
day of December, 1964, and all such
non conforming signs or billboards
must be removed or conformed by
the owner of the premises wpon
which such signs are situated by said
date.
Section 2. Except as herein amended,
and subject to prio,r amendmentsthere-
of, said Ordinance is in all things con-
firmed and ratified.
Section S. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after
its passage and puhlication.

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 76 WITH REFERENCE TO PER-
MITS OR LICENSES FOR NONCON-
FORMING SIGNS OR BILLBOARDS
The Village Coimcil of the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fo]-
lows :
Section 1. The second Paragraph of
Section 10, Ordinance No. 76, relating
to non-conforming signs or billboards, is
hereby amended to read as follows :
No further permits or licenses shall
be granted for such non-conformingsigns or billboards after the 31st
day of December, 1964, and all such
non conforming signs or billboards
must be removed or conformed by
the owner of the premises upon
which such signs are situated by said
date.
Section 2. Excegt as herein amended,
and subject to ~prior amendments there-
of, said Ordinance is in all things con-
firmed and raLified.
Sectian 3. This Ordinance shall take
effeet and be in force from and after
its passage and publication.
