The Village Council W the Village of Arden Hills does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. Repeal of Ordinance No. 118. Ordinance No. 118 relative to the adoption of the Hiqhway 7raffic Regulation Act Is hereby repealed. Section 4. Incorporation by Referance of Nighway Tra(fic Regulation Act as Amended. Chapter 169 of Minnesota Statutes, 1969, as amended to date, including , the amendments passed at the 1971 session oi the Minnesota Legislature, is hereby adopted by rHerence. Settion 3. P¢nelty. Any v1018110n Of 5ald CheptEf 169, commonly referred to as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, which occurs within the limits of the Village of Arden Hills Is a violation of this ordinance. Any person violating any provision thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not To exceed $300 or by imprisonment In the county jail up to ninety (90) days, or both; provided howevar, pettY misdemeanors as defined by said Chapter 169 as amended shall be punishable by a fine noT more than , $100.
