TAIN ESTABLISHMENTS, AND $E-
PEALING OBDINANCE NUMBER 62
The Village Council op the Village of
Arden Hille does hereby ordain as fol-
lows :
Section 1. 3ubdivision 2 of Section 2
of Ordinance Number 32 is hereby
amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Subdivision 2. "On sale" licenaes
ahall be issued only to hotels, clubs
and exclusive liquor stores and ahall
permit "on salea" of linuor only,
but purauant to the Provisions of
Chapter 284 of the 1963 3ession
Laws of the State of Minnesota,
any establishment in the Village of
Arden Hills which holds an "on
sale" or a combination "on sale" •
and "off sale" licenses for the sale
of intoxicating liquor may sell food.
"On sale" licensea may secordingly
be issued by the Council to a praper-
ly-quslified applicant proposing to
serve food on the premises which are
the subject of the application.
Section 2. This Ordinanee shall be
published forthwith in the official Vil-
lage newspaper and shall be effective
from and after its passage and publiea-
II tion.
