ORDINANCE NO. 35
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
ARDEN HILLS DOES ORDIAIV AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursnant Yo the provisians
o[ Section 212.34 of the Minnesata Statu-
tes 1945, the aflSce of Constable in this
Village is hereby abolished.
Section 2. The positiau o# Constable
shall noC be placed upon the ballot far
~ the Vilkage election in December of 1958.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be ef-
fective vpQn its passage and publicatican.
Passed by the Council af the Village of
Arden Hills this 29 day ot September,
1958.
