- uECTION l. No gerson, firm, or corporation shall directly
~ or in rec y ar by means of any device keep for retail sale, sell
at i-etail or otherwise dispose of any cigarette or eigarette
• wrapper at any place in the Village of Arden Hi1Zs unless a license
shanhave first been obtained in accordance with provisions of
thi s ordinance Q
SECTION 2. Application #°ar such license shall be made to
the V age C erk on a far supplied by the Vi.llage requiring the
name and address of the appliearat, the location of the building9
portion of the building to be used f or saZe of eigarette s or ci.g-
are tte wrapp ers, and the type of busine s s or use of the rest of
the bu.ildingo After presentation of the applicat3on by the Clerk
and-obtaining council approval the-license will be issu.ed on pay-
ment of ari annual Pee of Twelve Dollars ($12 oQ0) which rimay be pro-
rated monthly vtrith a miniom fee of Two Dollars ($2,00 ) a

be punished by a fine nat to exeeed One Hu,ndred Dollars ($100v00)
or by imprisoxament not to exceed ninety (90) dayso
