AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTtON 19.58 OF ARDEN HILLS CUDE
BY CHANGING SUBSECTION (e) THEREOF
AND BY ADDING A NEW SUBSEGTION (f) THERETO
Section 1. Amendment to Section 19 Sg(e) of Arden Hills Code.
Section 19.58(e) of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as
follaws:
(e) Commencing in the sixteenth year of his emplayment and
continuing through the nineteenth year„ a regular empioyee shali accrue
vacation leave benefits at the rate of six afld five-tenths (6.5) hours for
each biweekly periotl he has been an employee of the city.
Section 2. Addition af New Subsection tf? to Section 19.58 of
Arden Hilis Code. Section 19.58 af the Arden Nills Code is hereeby
amended by adding thereto a new Subsectian (f ) which reads as follows:
(f) Commencing in the twentieth year of his employment antl thereaiter,
a regular employee shall accrue vacatian leave benef its at the rate of
seven and zero tenths (7.0) hours far each biweekly period he has been an
empioyee af the city.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage antl publication.
