AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 6. d. OF
THE SECOND SCHEDULE OF D 1 STR I CT PRO V I 5{ ONS
I N SECT I ON 21.8 OF ARpEN H I LLS CODE,
WHICH PERTAINS TO SPECIAL EVENT SIGNS,
BY DELETING 'COUNCIL APPROVAL REQUIRED' AND
SUBST I TUT I NG 'NOT REaU t RED'
The City Council of the City of Arden Hil)s ordains:
Sectfon i. Ameodment to Section 21.8 of Arden H111s Code.
Paragraph 6, d. of the second Schedule of District Provisions in Section 21-8
of the Arden Hills Code, which Schedule pertains to Commercial and
Industrial Districts and which Paragraph pertains to special event signs, is
hereby amended by deleting from the column entitled "/nltial Rpvfew &d
AAonvval" the phrase "Caxxil approval required" and by substituting
therefor the phrase "Not required".
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shail be effective from
and after its passage and publication.
