CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF M.S.A. Section 84.90
REGULATING THE USE OF RECREATiONAL
MOTOR VEHICLES AND SNOWMOBILES ON LANDS
NOT OWNED BY OPERATOR
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Section 1. Adoption by Reference of Certain
Provisions of M.S.A. Section 84.90. Subdivisions 1, 2, 4, 5,
6, and 7 of Section 84.90 of Minnesota Statutes, as now
constituTed and as hereafter amended, are hereby
adopTed by reference, made a part of ihis Ordinance as

effecTive daTe hereof regulate the operation of
recreaTional motor vehicles and snowmobiles, as
defined iherein on lands not owned by the operator
within the City of Arden Hills. At least three (3) copies
of said staTUTe, so adopted, shall be marked as official
copies and filed in the office of the Cler-k-AdminisTraTOr
of the City of Arden Hills.
Section 2. Penalty. Any violaTion of the statuTe
adopted by reference in Section 1 hereof shall be a
violaTion of this Ordinance when it occurs wiThin the
limits of the City of Arden Hills. Any person violating
any provision thereof shall be guilTy of a misdemeanor
and shall be punished by a fine of noT more than Three
