Ordinance No. 114, which amen,ds Oxdin.anee No. 4+9 by inserting _ therein a schtdule of rates and chsrgas , designatevi as Sectian 11 of Ordinanee No. 49, is hereby axnended by striking therefrom the seaond paragraph of SeC- . tion 11 (B) thereof, striking therefrom the entire Paragraph (C) af said Sec- tian 11, and substituting a new Para- graph (C) as follnws: . (C)' Any amounts payable hereunder may . be collected in an action -brought - for that purpase in the name of the Vi]la,ge; or the Villa,ge Clerk-Admin- - istrator, upon direetion thereon by the Council, may certify to the County Auditar the amaunts due, together with the legal dascriptian of the premises served, and the Gounty Au- ditar shall therenpan include such amounk in the bax levy on said prem- , ises, and callect the same with the taxes due far thz ensuing year. In certifying to the County Auditor as set forth herein the Clerk shal] add ' to the charges then due an$ payatrle as a sepax•ate itetn 8 per cent af said . amount as a delinquency penalty, which amovmt sha11 be included in the tax . levy by the Gaunky Auditar as afore- said.
