AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 226,
KNOWN AS THE CABLE COMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE
The City Counctl of the City of Arden Hilis her.eby
ordains:
Section I. Amendment to Article I., Section ;2. ot
Appendix B- Cable Franchise of the Arden Hills Code by amend-
ing Sectton 2. Deftnitlons 0. Article I of Appendtx B of the
Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2. Definitions.
0. "Offering of Grantee" or "Offering"
shal) mean that certain document dated
October I, 1981, entitled °Application
for Cable Televislon Franchise" and
stgned by Grantea, as amended from time
to t(me by mutual written agreement be-
twean Grantee and City or its delegatee,
whtch document (s on file with the City
C_leck. Sect(on 2: Effective Date. Thts Ordlnance shall take
effect and be in force from and after (ts passage and publ(cation.

The City Counctl of the City of Arden Hilis hereby
ordains:

ing Sectlon 2. Definltlons 0. Article I of Appendix B of the
Arden Hltls Code fs hereby amended to read as follows:
