AN OROINANCE AMENOING ORDINANCE NUMBER 9l, RELATING
TO THE REGISTRATIOtV, INOEN7IFICATEON AND KEEPING OF
t30GS, BY CHANGING THE LICENSE FEE, THE REQUIRED TERM
OF REGISTRATION, THE FEE FOR SUBSTITUTE DOG TAGS.ANO
_ THE FEE FOR KENNEI PERMITS.
• THE YILLAGE COUNCIL OF AROEN HBLLS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLIOWS:
SECTiUN f. The second sentence of Section i, Ordinance Number° 91, ts
hereDy amended to read as tollows:
The registration tee shali be the sum of Three Doliars (S3.00) for
each male dog or spayed femaie dog, and the sum of Ftve Dollars
($5.00) for each unspayed female dog. Applicatlon tor ragistratton
of a spayed.dog must be accompanied by a certificate from a
veteriaarian that the dog has been spayed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no ticense sha11 be required for
a dog confined In a kennel which Is licensed In accordance with
the provisions of this Ordlnance.
SECTION 2. Sec?ion 2 of Ordtnance Number 01, ts hereby amended In
I tts entirety to read as follows:

i SECTfON 3. Section 4 of said Ordinance Number 11 ts confirmed i.n a11
respects, except that subst(tute fiags shald hereafter be issued upon
payment of a fee of One Do61ar (S1.00). .
SECTION 4, Section 8 of the aforesaid Ordinance Number 11 is hereby
amended In 1ts entirety to read as follows:
SECTtON S. Application for operating a kennel together with the fee
! provided by this ordinance shall be submttted to the Village Caerkd
Th• annual fee shall be Twenty-five Ooilars ($25.00) foe- the calander
year, to expire Oecember 31 of each year. One-fourth of the fee may
deducted for each quarter of the calendar year completed before
the de#e of apptication.
SECTION 5. Except as herein amended and except as amended by Ordinance
Number 17, sald Ordinance Number 01 is In 611 respects confirmed and
approvede
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shat6 be In effect from and after its passage

THE VIIIAGE COUNCIL OF AROEN HiLLS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLlOWS:
SECTtON 1. The second sentence of Sectlpn I, Ordinance Number 11, ts
hereby amended to read as fol6ows:
The reglstratlon fee shall be the sum ot Three Oollars C$3,00~ far
each mate dog or spayed temale dog, and #he sum of Five DolEars
($5.00) tor each unspayed female dog. Applicatlon for reglsttation
of a spayed.dog must be accampanied by a certificate from a
vetertnarian that the dog has been spayed.
Notwlthstanding the foregoing, no iicense shall be requlred for
a dog confined in a kennel which ts licensed In accordance wtth
the provisions ot th(s Ordinance.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordtnance Number 11, !s hereby amended In
its entirety fio read as follows:
The regtstration provided in Sectlon 1 hereof shall expire on the
31st day of Oecember following such registration, and must be
renerred for foliowing years where appiicable.
SECTION 3. Section 4 of said Ord(nance Number 11 i9 confirmed (n a&i
respects, except that substltute tags shall hereafter be Issued upon
payment of a fes of One Doilar lS1.003.
SECTiON 4. Section S of the aforesaid Ordinance Number la ts hereby
amended in its entirety to read as follovs:
SECTION 8. Appitcation tor operating a kennei together with the tee
provided by this ordinance shall be submitted to the Yillage Clerk,
The annual fee shall be Twenty-flve Doliars ($25.00) for the capendar
year, to expire December 3-1 of each year. One-fourth ot the fee may
deducted for each querter af the calendar year completed bsfore
the date of appllcatton.
SECTtON 5. Except as herein amended and except as amendeG by Ordlnance
Number 17, satd Ordinance Number il is in ali respects confirmAd and
approved.
SECT{ON 6. 7his Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage
and publicatton.
