AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OR-
DIDINANCE NO. 108, RELATIVE TO
ADOPTION OF THE 73IGHWAY
TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT:
ADOPTING THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC
REGULATION ACT A3 AMENDID
THROUGH 1969; AND PROVIDING
PENALTIES THEREFOR.

3ection 1. Repesl of Ordinance. No.
109. Ordinance No. 109 with relation to .
the adoption af the H7ghway Traffic
Regulation Act of the State of Minnesota
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Incorporation By Refereace
of Highway Traffic Regalation Act-
1969. The regulatary proviaions of Min-
nesota Statutes 1969, Chapter 169, com-
monly known as the FIighway Traffic
Regulation Act, ia hereby adopted as a
traffic ordinance regulating the use of
highways, atreets and alleys within the
Village of Arden Hills and is hereby in-
corporated herein and msde a part of
thia ordinance as completely as if eet
out hereSn in full. '
Section Penalty. Any violation of
the statutes adapted by refemace an See-
tian 2 hereaf is a violatian of this ordi-
nance when it occurs within the limite
of the Village of Arden Hills. Any per-
son violating any provisian thareof shall
be guilty af a misdemeanar and shall be
punished by a fine nat to exceed $300.00
or by imprisanment in the county jail
up to ninety days, or both.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordi-
nance shall become effective upon its
passage and publieatian.
