SETTING A MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR
GARAGE DOORS IN RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICTS
The Village Council of the Village ot
Artlen Hills tloes hereby ordain as follaws:
Section I. Amendment ol Ordinance No.
99, the Zoning Ordinance. Orqinance No. 99,
the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amentletl by
atltling theret0 the fOllowing 85 the 1851
para9raph in Section II A, Paragraph 3,
relating fo Accessory Bu(Itltngs:
"The garage tloor opening by which
vehicles may enter or exif a garage in
residential districts shall not exceetl eight
(eet in height. Height shall be the vertital
clear tlistance befween the floor slab and the
top of the tloor trame. The height of the
9arage shall not exceEd the height of the
principal sfrucfure.
Sectian II. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall be in effed from
