AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OADI-
NANCE NO. 76 TO PRE3CRIBE PEN-
ALTIE3 FOR VIOLATION3
The Village Council o£ the Village of
Arden Aills does orc}ain as followa :
Section 1. Ordinance No. 76, passed
January 13> 1964, is hereby amended to
add thereto the following as Section 18:
' Section 18. Penalties.
. An9 9eraon violating any provision I of this ordinance ahall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion ahall be puniahed by a fine not
to exceed One Hun$red Dollars
II ($100.00) or imprisonment not to
exceed ninety (90) days.
i Seetion 2. Except as herein amended
and as amended by Ordinance No. 77,
said Ordinance No. 76 is in all things
aPProved and confirmed.
