The Village Cuuncil of Arden Hills does hereby ardain as follows: SECfION I. Section 4- I 0 oE Ordinance Number 16, knawn as the Arden Hills Building Code, is hereby repealed. SECCIdN 2. The following Section is hereby enacted in place and instead of the idrmer Section 4-10 of the Building Carle, which Sectian shall read as fallaws, to-wit: PLUMBING AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL 4-10. No alterations or additions in the • existing plumbing in any building shall be made nor shall any piumbing be plac- ed in any building nor shall any sewage dispdsal system be constructed withaut first secunng a permit therefor, except that minar repair work requiring a total outlay of no more than $IU0.00 for ]abor , and materials, the labor being based vn current charges of master plumbers, may . be ma3e without a permit. Applications far permit shall be filed with the Clerk or the Plumbing Inspector of the Village and shal] be accompanied by a fee as [ollows !
