ORDINANCE, BY ADJUSTING VACATION

The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Section 1. Re eal of Section 2 of Ordinance NQ. 110.

Village'of Arden Hills on the'9th day of Deeeanber, 1968, which
repealed Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Section 3, Subdivision 8-of
Ordinance No. $3, the Personnel Ordinance, relating to vacations,
and substituted therefor new Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of said
Section 3, Subdivision B, is hereby repealed.

Section,3. Effective Date. The Ordinance shall be in

DINANCE NO. 110 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE .
. NO. 83, THE PERSONNEL ORDINANCE, BY AD- JUSTING VqCATION BENEFITS
The City Council of Artlen Hills ordains:
Section 1. Repeal of Section 2 of Ortlinance No. 110.
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 110, passed by the Council of
the Village of Arden Hills on the 9Th day of December,
1968, which repealed Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Section 3,
Subdivision B of Ordinance No. 83, the Personnel Or-
dinance, relating to vacations, and substiTuted iherefor
new Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of said Section 3, Subdivision
B, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Amendment of Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of
Section 3, Subdivision B of Ordinance No. 87, regarding
vacatians. Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 of Section 3, Sub-
division B of Ordinance No. 83, the Personnel Or-
dinance, relating to vacaTions, are hereby repealed and
the following are subsTiTuted in the place of said num-
bered paragraphs:
3. Regular employees who have earned aT least one
year's service credit shall be eligible for iwo weeks (10
working days) of paid vacation each year commencing
at the end of their firsT year of employmenT and con.
tinuing Through the fifih year of iheir employment.
4. Regular employees who have earned at feast five
years of service credits shall be eligible for ihree weeks
(15 working days) of paid vacation each year com-
mencing in the sixth year of Their employment and
continuing ihrough the fifteenih year of iheir em-
ployment.
5. Regular employees who have earned aT IeasT fifTeen
years of service crediTs shall be eligible for four weeks
(20 working days) of paid vacation each year com-
mencing in the sixteenTh year of Their employment.
Section 3. Effective Date. The Ordinance shall be in
effect from and after the date of its passage and
publicafion.
