ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 226,
THE CABLE TV ORDINANCE,
BY CHANGING THE UOLLAR ArIOUNT SHOIYId IN
SECTION l.A.(2) OF ARTICLE II THEREOF
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Section 1. Deletian of "$10,000" in Section l.A.(2) of
Article II of Ordinance No. 226 and Substitutin "$12,000"
Therefor. Section 1.A.(2 of Article II of Ordinance No. 226,
the Cable TV Ordinance, is hereby amended by striking therefrom
the figure "$10,000.00" and substituting therefor the figure
11$12,000.00".
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage and
publication.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of
November, 1982.

SECTION 1.A.(2) OF ARTICLE II THEREOF
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Section 1. Deletion of "$10,000" in Sectiori 1.A.(2) of
Article II of Ordinance No. 226 and Substitutin "$12,000"
Therefor. Section 1.A.(2 of Article II nf Ordinance No. 226,
the Cable TV Ordinance, is hereby amended by striking therefrom
the figure "$10,000.00" and substituting therefor the figure
"$12,000.00".
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage and
publication.
