The Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills dces hereby ordain as fol-
lows :
Section 1. Ordinance number 18,
known as the Zoning Ordinance, is here-
by amenr}ed to zone the following de-
scribed property from Rl to light in.
dustrisl. The entire area so rezoned is
described as follows, to-wit:.
The East one-half (E%) of the
Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of $ec-
tion Twenty Two (22), Township
Thirty (30), Range Twenty Three
(23), except that part heretofore
conveyed to the St. Crois Fa11s
Minnesots Improvement Company
and except or subiect to roada and
right of ways designated as County
Rosd F, Lexington Avenue and
Highway 51, and exceDt a s4uare
ten (10) acre tract in the South-
east corner thereof being Sia Hun-
dred Sixty (660) feet by Six Hun-
dred Sisty (660) feet having equal
frontage on County Road F and
Lesington Avenue.
Section 2. The Zoning A4ap of the Vil-
lage of Arden Hills referred to in the
sforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall
not be repwbliahed to show the afore-
said rezoning, but the Clerk ehall ap-
propriately mark the ZoninS Map on
file in the Clerk's office for the purpoee
of subatantially indieating this rezon-
ing.

gubliahed in the official Village newa-
gaper, and shall be effective from an@
