AN ORDINANCE RE'LATING TO
PUNI9HbIMENT FOR VIOLATIONS
OF ORDINANCES AND INCREASING
THE PENALTIDS THEREFOR,
The Village Caunoil af Arden Iiills
does ordain ms followa:
3ection 1. Every violation of a.n ardi- nance of the Village of Ardzm Hills is
hereby declared to be a misdeaneanor
and a penal offense. Every such vio1a- ,
tion shall be punishable by a fine of up
to Three Hundred Dollars (000.00) or
impriaonmznt in the county jail for a
periad up to xv9neky days, or bath, but in
- eithar case the ooste o8 prosexrutdon may . be adde3, notwithatanding any provi-
sions heretofo,re made ta the contrary.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordi-
nance ahall be effective fram and after
