AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDl-
NANCE NO. 18, THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY FROM COMMERCIAL TO AESI-
DENTIAL
The Village Council of Arden Hitls
does hereby ordain as followa, to-wit:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 18, knawn
as the Zoning Ordinanee, is hereby
amended to rezone the following-described
property from commercial to residential
(R-1), tawit:
Lot Two (2), Block Four (4), Shady
Oaks Addition, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the
offiee of the Register of Deeda of
Ramsey County.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the
Vi"ag-e of Arden Hills referred to in
ths aforesaid Ordinance No. 18 shall not . be republished to show the aforesaid re-
zoning, but the Clerl: shall appropriately
mark the Zoning Map on file in the
. C?~rk's of"ic~ for the purpose of suU-
. . stantially indieating this rezoning.
. Sertion 3. This ordinance shall be pub-
lished in the official Village newapaper
and shall be effective from and after .
its passage and publication.
