CITY OF ARDEN NILLS
ORDINANCE NO. 176
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS.
42 and 4 RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL
DEPOSITORY FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILlS.
The City Council of Arden Hills ortlains:
Section 1. Repeal of Ord. Nos. 42 and 4. Ord. No. 42, an
ordinance repealing Ord. No. 4, esTablishing an bfficial
deposiTOry, and removing the depository limitations,
passed by the Village Council on July 47, 1959, and Ord.
lJo. e, establishing the official depository for the V illage
of Arden Hills, passed by the Village Council on January
28, 1952, are hereby repealed in their enTirety.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in
effect from and after the date of ifs passage and
publication.
Passed by the CiTy Council ihis 28th day of January,
1974.
