~ Section I. Ordinance Number 4, es-
tablishing the afficial depository for the
Village of Arden Hills, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The First State Bank of New
Brightoa, Minnesota is hereby designated
as an afficial depository of funds of the
Village of Ardea Hills, Minnesota, and
tfie Village Treasurer is authorized to de-
posit all funds thereia. The First Natianal
Bank of St. Paul is hereby designated
as an alternate depository of fvnds of this
village, which Baak may be used as a
depositosy at the discretion of the Trea-
~ surer.

fective from and after the date of ite pub-
licatioa.

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF AR-
DEN HILLS D(?ES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Ordinance Number 4, es-
tablishing the adficial depository for the
Village of Arden Hills, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The First State Bank of New
Brightoa Minnesota is hereby deaignated
as an o1ficial depository of tunds oE the
Villa~e oE Arden Fiills, Minnesota, and
the Yillage Treasurer is anthorized to de-
posit all fqqds therein. The First National
Bank of St• F'au1 is hereby designated
as an alternate depository of funds of this
village, which Bank may be vsed as a
depositary at the discretion of the Trea-
surer.
