TIiE VILLAGE COUNQL OF AR- DEN HiLLS DOES HEREBY ORbAIN AS FOLL(?WS: Sectioa I. Section 8-10 a[ Ordinance No. 16, knawu as the Building Code, is hereby a+nended ta read as follows, ta- 8-10. No license granted under the terms stated herein shall become effec- tive until the licensees shall }uwe filed with the village clerk a certificate of in- surance indicatiag that the licensee has in effect public liabilitp insurance in an amount aot less thau $25,060,00 for in- ~ suraace to 9ny one person,, and not less than $50,000 for personal injury on ac- cauat of any one accident, and property damage insurance in the amount of nat lmss than $25,000.00, insuring against any negligent acCS or oouduct ot the li- censees in the performance o[ the work to be performed by the, halder of said li- cense nnder the provisioms oE this code. Said certificate shall further provide that the insurer will aot cance l said insurance policies until the expiration af 20 days aher the written notice of its inte4tion to do so is givea to the municipality. Said certifieates of insnrance shall be reqnired prioa tu the issaance of a license for eleetrical wiring, plwnbing including iastallation of ontside sewa8e pfants, heat- ing (except gas), gas installation and well drilliag.
