AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13-24 OF
ARDEPI HiLLS CODE BY ADDING SUBSEC710N
(QQ)THERETO
The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains: . •
Section 1. Amend ment of SecTion 13-24(00) of Arden
Hills Code. Section 13-24(00) of the Arden Hills Code is
hereby a mended by deleting from the end ihereof the
conlunction "and".
SecTion 2. Amenslment of Section 13-24(pp) of Arden
Hills Code. Section 13-24(pp) of the Arden Hills Code is
hereby amended by deleting the period at the end
ihereof and substituting in the place ihereof a semicolon
and the conjunction "and".
SecTion 3. Amendment ofSection 13-24 of Ardfn Hills
Code by Adding Plew Subsection (qq). Section 13-24 of
the Artlen Hills Code is hereby amended by addin9
thereto a new Subsection (qq) which reads as follows:
"(Gq) Hotel and motel licenses.^
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effecTive from and after the date ot its passage and
publication.

The City Council of ihe City of Arden Hills ordains:
Seciion 1. Amendmenf of Sectiort 73-24(oa) aF Arden
Hills Code. Section 13-24(oa) of the Arden Hills Code is
hereby amended by deleting from the end ihereof the
conjunction "and".
Section 2. Amendment of Sectian 13-24(pp) of Arden
Hills Code. Sedion 13-24(pp) of ihe Arden Hills Code is
hereby amended by deleting the period at ihe end
ihereof and substituting in ihe place Thereof a semicolon
and ihe conjunction "and".
Section 3. AmendmenT of-Section 13-24 of Arden Hills
Code by Adding New Subsection (qq). Section 13-24 of
the Artlen Hills Code is hereby amended by adding
ihereto a new Subsection (qq) which reads as follows:
"(qq) Hotel and motel licenses."
SecTion 4. Effective Date. This ardinance shall be
effective from and after ihe date of its passage and
publication.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of
August, 1981.
